Goods and pricing

AutoSourceSA sources automotive parts from approved suppliers. The customer offer identifies the part/vehicle information, quoted condition, customer price, delivery charge, available warranty information and expected lead time. Prices are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.

Payment and security

Payment methods available to the customer are shown during the applicable transaction. Where a payment gateway is used, the gateway is responsible for secure collection of payment credentials and AutoSourceSA records the transaction result/reference needed to administer the order.

Transaction records

Customers can access their requests, offers, orders, invoices and receipts through the authenticated portal. AutoSourceSA maintains electronic transaction and audit records for operational/legal purposes.
